Based on our discussion on Oct.4th, here is a summary of "what makes a good blog"!
(1)Language.....
- Appropriate use of vocab/grammar/conjunction.
- Mostly hiragana & katakana
- Try not to use unfamiliar kanji (if you must, then put translation)
- Use English when we want to discuss cultural/language issues
(2)Content.....
- Creative, descriptive, interesting, exciting
- Pictures, videos, media
- Personal posts in addition to requirements
- On topic for the class
- Links
(3)Layout.....
- Make it simple
- Readable font
- Not too bright/overload with text
- Non-distracting layout
(4)Frequency.....
- Be on time with your work
- Anything assigned in class plus something interesting & worth sharing
(5)Communication.....
- Dialogue with other blogs
- Respond to comments/questions in a timely manner
- Actively comment on other blogs
- Try to talk different people
